Recipie Pizza with Eggplants

Pizza with eggplantsIngredients:
  • pasta for the pizza
  • 800 gr tomato
  • 250 gr mozzarella
  • 700 gr di eggplants
  • parmesan
  • olive of oil q.b.
  • salt q. b.
  • basil
To wash and to cut the eggplants to slices, to salt and to leave clear them for 1 our therefore to wash them and to dry them. To fry the eggplants. To prepare one sauce with oil of olive, garlic, tomato and basil. In one baking-tin to carefully lay down layers of eggplants, gravy, parmesan and mozzarella, put into an oven to 180°C for 20 min. To prepare the paste of the pizza following the recipie: pasta for the pizza
To spread the paste on one baking-tin greased of oil. To arrange the last one of tomato over the pizza and to add the parmesan. To place the pizza in the furnace for 20 min approximately to 250 °C.
