Recipie Pizza Napoletana

  • 400 gr tomato
  • 200 gr mozzarella
  • 100 gr anchovies
  • olve-oil q.b.
  • origano q.b.
  • pepper q.b.
Preparation:
To prepare the pasta of the pizza following the recipie: pasta for the pizza
To spread the paste on one baking-tin greased of oil. To arrange the last one of tomato on the pizza, to add in uniform way the mozzarella and to threads of anchovy. To flavor with oil of olive, pepper and origano. To place in preheated furnace to 250 °C for approximately 20 minuteren. To outside pull when the mozzarella it is fused and the pizza very cooked.
