Pizza MargheritaIngredients:
  • pasta for the pizza
  • 400 gr tomato
  • 250 gr mozzarella of bufala
  • olive-oil q.b.
  • salt q.b
  • basil
Preparation:

To place the pizza in the preheated furnace for 20 minuteren approximately to 250 °C. To outside pull when the mozzarella it is fused and the pizza very cooked. To serve with fresh basil.
