Recipie Pizza 4 cheese

Pizza 4 cheeseIngredients:
  • pasta for the pizza
  • 100 gr di Emmental
  • 100 gr di fontina
  • 100 gr di gorgonzola
  • 100 gr di provola
To prepare the pasta of the pizza following the recipie: pasta for the pizza
To cut the chees. To spread the pasta on one baking-tin greased of oil. To brush the pizza with an oil thread and put into an oven for 10 min to 250 °C. To pull outside the pizza the furnace and to arrange cheeses in uniform way. To replace the pizza in furnace for others 10 min approximately and making to cook until the pasta very will be cooked and fused cheeses.
