Pizza 4 stagioniIngredients:
  • pasta for the pizza
  • 400 gr tomato
  • 250 gr mozzarella
  • 250 gr ham
  • 60 gr mushrooms
  • 60 gr artichokes
  • olive - oil q.b.
  • salt q.b - pepper q.b.
Preparation:
To prepare the pasta of the pizza following the recipie: pasta for the pizza
To spread the pasta on one baking-tin greased of oil. To put the tomato over the pizza, to form 4 segments whose you will put the ham cut, the mozzarella, mushrooms, and the artichokes. To flavor with oil, salt them and pepper. To put the pizza in preheated furnace for 20 minuteren to 250 °C. To pull outside when the pizza very is cooked.
