Recipie Calzoni Imbottiti




Calzoni imbottitiIngredients:
  • pasta for the pizza
  • 250 gr of mozzarella
  • 250 gr of annealed
  • 150 gr of salame or ham
  • olive of oil
  • basil
  • parmigiano
  • salt q.b.
  • pepper q.b.
  • tomato
Preparation:
In a tureen crushed the annealed one with a fork and stirs it to you to the parmesan, to the basil, the salame and mozzarella. You add salt them, pepper and oil. Smoothed ball and obtained four discs, therefore you place on everyone a part of the filling and refolded the slacks to half, pressing well to the edges because they are not opened. You arrange on the slacks tomato, and an oil thread. To cook in the inferior part of the preheated furnace to 250°C for 30 minuteren approximately.
